Acceptable Use Policy
Headroom is a place for creative work, including challenging, unconventional, and controversial ideas. These rules address harmful conduct and unlawful use—not whether we agree with your artistic viewpoint.
Respect rights and privacy
Do not upload or distribute material you have no right to use, unlawfully disclose another person’s private information, impersonate someone, or use the service for fraud. Do not use Headroom to facilitate child sexual exploitation, credible threats of violence, stalking, or targeted harassment. You remain responsible for the legality of your material and actions.
Respect the system
Do not attempt to enter another user’s workspace, steal credentials, defeat access restrictions, distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities beyond authorized testing, scrape private records, or deliberately overload the service. Do not use invitations, contact addresses, or notifications for spam. Reasonable, authorized testing and responsible security reports are welcome.
Handle sensitive material deliberately
Do not use Headroom as a password vault, payment processor, emergency response system, or repository for information requiring a specialized compliance arrangement we have not agreed to provide. Keep independent backups of important work and obtain appropriate permission before importing information about other people.
Report a problem
Send abuse, copyright, or security reports to contact@headroomforone.com. Identify the affected account or material, explain the issue, and provide enough detail for us to investigate. Do not send active passwords or exploit private data to prove a point. We may preserve relevant evidence and restrict access while investigating, consistent with our Terms and Privacy Policy. This reporting address is not a representation that we have registered a statutory copyright agent.
