Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Headroom for One at headroomforone.com, including the Headroom workspace and its installed web app. The Answer Print provides the service. Questions: contact@headroomforone.com.
Your account and eligibility
The invited testing release is for adults aged 18 or older. Use an email address you control, keep your sign-in links and codes private, and provide accurate account information. Do not share an individual account. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
An evolving creative workspace
Headroom helps you organize projects, portfolios, thoughts, decisions, references, and creative tools. During invited testing, features may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. A feature shown in the interface may require separate setup or a connected provider. Keep independent copies of important work. An operational export is not a complete backup of every historical source or third-party file.
Your work remains yours
You retain your rights in material you submit. You give The Answer Print a limited, nonexclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service and carry out your instructions. This license does not transfer ownership or give us permission to sell your work, publish it for marketing, or use it to train a general-purpose AI model. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload material, including information about other people.
Suggestions and your decisions
Organizational suggestions, matches, briefings, and creative directions may be incomplete or incorrect. Some features use rules or preset material; do not assume that every suggestion is AI-generated. Review outputs and verify important facts before relying on them. You remain responsible for accepting routes, promoting records, sharing material, and acting on suggestions. Headroom is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Other services and notifications
Connected tools and external links have their own terms and privacy practices. Connecting an integration authorizes the exchanges needed for the action you request. A linked file may remain with its original provider. Sign-in and security messages are necessary to operate your account. Optional daily email and push reminders are controlled through account and browser settings; delivery is not guaranteed. Do not use them as your only reminder for a critical deadline.
Acceptable use and access
Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, unauthorized activity, security risks, legal obligations, or a material breach of these terms. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue when reasonable, unless doing so would create risk or violate law. Operational or executive authority does not entitle a user to another person’s private workspace.
Charges and ending use
Invited testing does not itself authorize us to charge you. Any future paid plan will require separate pricing and payment terms before a charge. You may stop using Headroom at any time and request account closure or deletion at contact@headroomforone.com. Export available work before closing your account. Retention and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Service warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the testing service is provided as available and without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that every third-party service will remain available. These provisions do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Answer Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the service, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid us for Headroom during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that applicable law prohibits limiting, and they do not remove mandatory consumer remedies.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or law. We will post the revised date and provide appropriate notice of material changes; where agreement is required, we will request it before those changes apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Contact contact@headroomforone.com to raise a concern or seek an informal resolution. Nothing here requires arbitration or waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
